We’re excited to share a simple (and pawsome!) update that’s coming your way, and we want to reassure you right away: you’re still receiving great benefits that you’ll love! We’re just making the Pawsome Pal’s program easier, clearer, and more streamlined for everyone.
What’s New?
Starting in March 2026, we’re simplifying how your Pawsome Pal VIP savings work:
✨ A flat 20% discount on every service, every time.
To qualify for this ongoing VIP discount:
You’ll simply select Autopay for your 4 monthly visits moving forward
Those 4 visits will be billed automatically each month
Any additional visits beyond your monthly 4 will be billed separately and are due on or around the 15th of each month
This approach allows us to keep pricing consistent, reduce administrative hassle, and ensure you always receive your VIP savings without tracking credits or thresholds.

We understand that plans change. If you ever need a break:
You may pause your membership for up to 3 months total
These pauses do not need to be consecutive
You can resume whenever you’re ready—no penalties, no stress
